Services and prices

Every price is fixed and agreed before we start, and VAT is added where it applies. An asset means any single ad, image, video, audio clip or post. Turnaround times are typical, and we confirm yours in writing.

First look

Send three assets you have running and we send back one page with our view on each. It’s the quickest way to see how we think, and whether your published work has a problem.

Article 50 Asset Audit

Everything you’ve published, reviewed asset by asset. You receive the Disclosure Record and a dated fix list, and we take your team through both on a call. We set aside anything the rules don’t cover first, which can remove a large part of the work.

Code Gap Analysis

If you don’t sign the Code of Practice, the Commission expects you to be able to show how your own measures compare with it. We write that comparison, measure by measure.

Editorial Responsibility Policy

The policy you need to publish AI-assisted text without a label on the strength of human review. It names who holds editorial responsibility and sets out how review works, ready to publish.

Label Accessibility Conformance Check

Your labels tested against WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549, the accessibility standards used across Europe, including with screen readers and high-contrast settings. The Code requires labels to be accessible, and this is the evidence that yours are.

Beyond compliance

Audiences have started to notice machine-made creative, and they respond to it. 78% of consumers in a 2026 survey said AI makes ads feel less authentic.

Authenticity Audit

For when engagement drops and the creative has started to read as machine-made. We score your assets against a published scoring guide and compare the scores with how often people save and share them, so you can see where the drop comes from.

Paying us

We invoice by email. Every invoice includes a secure SumUp link for paying by card, and the details of our UK bank account for paying by bank transfer.

Work under £1,000 is paid in full when you book. For one-off work of £1,000 or more, we invoice half when you book and half on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.

We invoice in pounds sterling. Clients outside the UK can pay by card through SumUp, or by international bank transfer, covering any transfer charges.

We will never change our bank details by email. If you receive a message saying they’ve changed, call us on +44 7960 800999 before you pay.

The full terms of business apply to all our work.

Questions we’re asked

Can’t our own team do this?
They can learn the rules. What we add is an outside check on work your team made, and a record that holds up when someone asks to see it.
Is this legal advice?
No. We assess assets against the Commission’s published guidance and write down our reasoning. Where something needs a legal view, we frame the question for your solicitor.
Can you guarantee we won’t be fined?
No, and anyone who says yes is selling something. What we give you is a dated record of every decision and the reasoning behind it, so that if anyone asks, you can show your working.
How would anyone know?
Often nobody can tell by looking. The system runs on self-declaration and on complaints, and the marks AI tools embed in files can reveal AI use later. The realistic risk today is a platform rejecting an ad, or a client asking to see your records.
Is there a contract?
Yes. We confirm the scope and price in writing before any paid work starts, and our terms of business apply.
What happens if you find problems?
You get a dated fix list, ranked. Many fixes are quick placement changes your designers can make.
How is the price set?
By the number of assets, agreed before we start. It doesn’t change once agreed.
